I have been training with Paul for over 5 years. Within that time, my goals have changed between weight loss, powerlifting and now hybrid/Hyrox training. When I started with Paul, I was both overweight and mentally low. Paul has helped me develop good strength, fitness and food habits, as well as improve my mental health. He doesn’t believe in over exercising or cutting out fun from your life, but instead believes in balance.
When you work with Paul, he doesn’t just give you his time for the one hour training session. He’s available to help with questions, as well as support you during the mental dips.
My biggest fear about starting with a PT was the judgement; Paul never made me feel bad about myself. I’m so thankful for Paul and I don’t know what I’d do without him. He’s helped grow into the person I am now and I’m forever grateful for him.
