Strong 365 is a full-body training class designed to build strength, mobility, power and conditioning – so you feel capable, athletic and strong at every stage of life.

It’s a structured strength and conditioning class focused on technique, movement quality, and scalable programming suitable for beginners and experienced participants alike.

Our new weekly strength-based class designed for people who want to:

This class blends strength training and aerobic fitness, with a strong focus on technique and movement quality.

It’s fully scalable – meaning whether you’re new to training or more experienced, you’ll work at a level that challenges you safely and effectively.
This isn’t about chasing reps to loud music.
It’s about learning to move well, getting stronger, and feeling capable in your body.

We’ll train:

  • Lower body
  • Upper body
  • Core
  • Mobility
  • Conditioning (in a controlled, coached way)
